لا نجمع أسماء أو بريداً إلكترونياً أو بيانات دفع، ولا نستخدم أي أدوات إعلانات أو تتبّع من طرف ثالث.
يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات ← حذف حسابي. عند الحذف:
يُحذف نهائياً: حسابك ورقم جوالك وحالة التحقق، والأكواد التي أصدرتها، ورموز الأجهزة الموثوقة، وسجلات تقييد الإرسال المرتبطة برقمك.
يُحتفظ به بشكل مجهّل (بدون أي ربط بك): سجلات استبدال العروض (العرض/المطعم/الوقت)، وسجلات مسح الكاشير، وإجابات الاستبيانات — بعد إزالة كل معرّف شخصي. نحتفظ بهذه السجلات المجهّلة لأغراض تشغيلية ومكافحة الاحتيال وإعداد التقارير فقط، ولا يمكن من خلالها التعرّف عليك.
نحتفظ ببياناتك الشخصية ما دام حسابك قائماً. لك الحق في الوصول إلى بياناتك وحذفها وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية (PDPL). لأي طلب أو استفسار: hello@hoidea.com.

We collect the minimum data needed to run the app. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how to delete your account.
We do not collect names, email, or payment data, and we use no third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
You can delete your account anytime from Settings → Delete my account. On deletion:
Permanently deleted: your account, phone number and verification status, the codes you issued, trusted-device tokens, and OTP rate-limit records tied to your number.
Retained anonymized (with no link to you): redemption records (offer/merchant/time), cashier scan logs, and survey responses — after every personal identifier is removed. These anonymized records are kept only for operational, anti-fraud and reporting purposes and cannot identify you.
We retain your personal data while your account exists. You may access and delete your data under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). Requests: hello@hoidea.com.
